      Great work environment. Friendly staff. Awesome company mission. Flexible hours. Wide range of learning experiences. Very hands on. Learn as you go techniques. Room for creative thinking.

      Inconvénients

      It can be a tense environment when planning events. Coworkers can get over stressed and it radiates throughout the workplace. Sometimes it has been hard to communicate with upper management with onongoing issues.

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
