      Get to support a great mission. Your work does help someone down the line.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership team cares about only the Leadership team. Serious lack of accountability for ANY member of management besides those easy to terminate. Promises promises...that is all they do. There is a difference between that and follow through.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
