      Avantages

      As an employee, a discount was given at all Goodwill retail stores, local and out of state. This is quite useful when in need of clothes, dishes, flatware and decorations for the home.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately there is no room for personal or professional growth.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
