      Do get the satisfaction of working with and helping some special needs individuals to achieve. Donation variety is kind of fun to work with.

      Inconvénients

      The pay scale could be a little higher to attract more interest in employees staying with the company longer.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
