      Avantages

      I am not sure I've seen any pros that were promised in the training classes.

      Inconvénients

      Each manager does everything different so I everyday I have gotten an attitude for doing what a different manager told me to do.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
