      The people-coworkers, even management.The fact the organization had a mission statement

      I had the best part time job in the city.The only downside I can recall is that it was only part time.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
