Gowithguide.com is a online platform where you can hire a guide for your travel destination. I worked here as a HR recruiter/specialist for a month and realized my biggest career mistake. The CEO of the this company enjoys sadistic pleasures of giving work/assignments that are already completed by him and then he compares it with your work and makes u feel as if he is better than you in all things. He runs a ego trip as a CEO and has zero understanding of neither HR nor recruitment. Macro management is his speciality as he thinks that even if you breath you should record that cause he will evaluate if that is necessary or not ! Overall the worse type of company to work for highly recommend to avoid such work environments.
