Avantages

Great work from home, front line has great culture and attitude. Sales is doing a great job keeping the company on track

Inconvénients

Layoff after layoff. Leadership cares about value and rule of 40 over anything else. Most employees in my department "care" believe their jobs will be eliminated or displaced offshore very soon. The leaders in my group have seen a real change in company culture. If you want a job for six months, join GoTo for experience.

Avantages

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Inconvénients

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
