      Inconvénients

      The company does keep you in the dark on a lot of management changes and "insider" knowledge, some of the metric based items like dials dont make sense for all positions in sales.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
