The company is very flexible, no micro-management and the culture is really one of the best I have ever seen and heard. Teams are free to pick the tools that best suit their needs to provide solutions to problems.
Inconvénients
Slow career progression, immature devops culture due to centralization in siloed devops teams, however, it has been getting better lately.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
