      We’re happy you enjoyed the flexibility, culture, and camaraderie at GoTo. As for our direction, every function has a plan and strategic initiatives. To help employees better understand them, leaders and colleagues share results and present strategies in our bi-weekly all-company meetings.       Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
