      Avantages

      Great company, great benefits, the office culture is also great. There was always team building events and even team trips away.

      Inconvénients

      Main con was lack of promotion after two years and progression.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
