      Avantages

      Culture is awesome. It's a great start-up that gives you that feel that employees get along with each other.

      Inconvénients

      That feel can be misrepresented. Employees truly stick within' their departments or close circle. Compensation is not worth the hassle, plus micromanages everything

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
