      Work from home Good Work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Decisions are only money based.(Employees not that important) Salaries are unfair. Decisions are made really slow. Even if they show that they care about your opinion, they don't. (eg. survey's with very limited answer options)

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
