      In my department, the managers were friendly and flexible, a generally nice place to work.

      Larger company so a little difficult to implement changes.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
