      We are indeed growing a lot in Guatemala City. We’ve hired 100+ new employees in the last 5 months. We know that LogMeIn is recognized as a top employer in Guatemala due to the many benefits you list above. While it may seem hard to “get in to” we are working to bring on the best talent at a rapid speed but not relax our high hiring standards.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
