      Avantages

      Really good people, personally and professionally.. for the most part (see 'Cons').

      Inconvénients

      Like most large companies, LMI is made up of smaller divisions. In my case - in LastPass - middle management were inexperienced, and upper management defensive and incompetent. It happens... too bad.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
