      Avantages

      I will miss the people the most....although most of them have been let go.

      Inconvénients

      too many to write so I will list just a few - poor leadership - no care for employees or the customer - customers who buy are now trapped into a year, if they don't buy for the year then their prices go up (prices also tend to increase when it comes time to renew which causes customers to cancel and leave) - lack of product development and innovation - lack of leadership (did I list that one already?) - no stock options - lack of leadership

This past year was challenging for many employees; there were changes in role responsibilities, managers, and the company strategy. We have not forgotten about our employees and the contributions they make daily. We have invested in training our middle managers, an area we did not succeed in 2017. We hosted our first combined Innovate event, where the winning team will receive 90 days to bring their idea to market, we believe our employee-led ideas will help us further drive product development and innovation.       Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
