      Fully remote, great culture and chill workspace.

      Inconvénients

      In my experience the whole team gets the same raises regardless of performance unless you get a promotion, so if you are the best senior developer ever, you'll get the same raise as the laziest developer, unless you get promoted to staff. Frequent layoffs.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
