      GDT is an excellent company to work for, offering a great work-life balance that is highly valued by employees. One of the standout features of GDT is their great culture. GDT encourages collaboration and idea-sharing, which leads to creative solutions and a sense of ownership among employees. Leadership at GDT is also top-notch. They are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help their employees achieve their goals.

      Inconvénients

      Thus far, I have not had any experiences at GDT that have caused me to feel uncomfortable or harbor any negative sentiments towards the company.

      Avantages

      Get to work with multiple departments and directly contribute to the success of business outcomes. Foster and maintain relationships within the company and understand how we/the industry is evolving. Work with customers and make sure our sales team understands what the client is looking for before they engage leading to smooth conversations.

      Inconvénients

      Rollouts and new programs can be sudden or have long wait times with little heads up to the great org.
