      Avantages

      I've been working with GDT for a few years. The culture here is great - people work hard, feel valued, and get to work on interesting and challenging projects. The leadership team is strong and cares about company culture. Great autonomy and strong collaboration. Clear goals and expectations. Flexible hybrid work options. Also, I just really love the people.

      Inconvénients

      Not fond of unlimited PTO concept. But that's a personal preference.

      Avantages

      Get to work with multiple departments and directly contribute to the success of business outcomes. Foster and maintain relationships within the company and understand how we/the industry is evolving. Work with customers and make sure our sales team understands what the client is looking for before they engage leading to smooth conversations.

      Inconvénients

      Rollouts and new programs can be sudden or have long wait times with little heads up to the great org.
