      Newly remodeled building, and office space

      Inconvénients

      -Management is not involved -Training offered is not comprehensive and is forced down your throat faster than you can open your mouth -Little to no team interaction, and or teamwork -You will feel like a number -Lack of positive reinforcement from management -Middle of nowhere waukesha -Very high turnover -Systems are very very outdated and in serious need of refinement

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
