Working on projects exposes you to many different engineering aspects like FEA, material analysis, BOMs, project management, manufacturing, and testing. It's great to have your designs go into production which is very fulfilling. The culture has certainly changed drastically for the better over the past year. I believe that the outlook for the company is very strong as we all grow.
