      Avantages

      They're remodeling the entire building so at least you will have that to look forward to. They just build a cafeteria so there's that.

      Inconvénients

      Non-designers get to share their opinion on everything and weigh in with their personal opinions that have no research to back it up.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
