      Culture within the company is horrible Issues with management lacking any sense of reality Communication between Gemcom/Geovia and Dassault systemes is very vey bad A hire and fire culture with constant redundancies

      Avantages

      Used to we worked like a family, now we work in office just for pay check. Only pros is that there is no problem to cash the check in banks.

      If only pros is that there is no problem to cash the check in banks, people will get the answer by his/her ash
