Inconvénients
They are a little slow in listening to staff's good ideas but they do eventual get there. Communication could be better. People tend to repeat the rules to you over and over or you get no response. Not sure if they don't know the answer or they can not be bothered.

Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.
Inconvénients
Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
