Inconvénients
The pay is generally below average. It is extremely hard to get promoted. G! would rather find another person and pay them more than raise your salary, as they’re not willing to will that you deserve it. They will let go of you really easy, you’re just a tiny cog in their big machine. There are also no rewards for longevity as long as no annual bonuses. Don’t expect that in GI. The relationships between marketing team and the development studio are rocky to say the least. Both parties think the other one is stupid. It’s unhealthy, you see that other people don’t respect you at all. There are small chances that you get a business trip abroad. They will also not pay for you refresher course, meals or your health insurance. There are no benefits, as a matter of fact.
