      Avantages

      good culture. good working environment. Nice staff. Small firm. Will learn work much faster than any other company which I worked earlier.

      Inconvénients

      Not good at managing work. Need to be prepared to learn yourself and prepare plans and specificiations. May not have enough time for learning curve. More Overtime
