      Avantages

      Freedom to work on your own without someone micromanaging you. I was able to be creative, resourceful and work efficiently

      Inconvénients

      Too much freedom was also the biggest con because we didn't receive any support from the management and it was tough to work on your own without any training or tools available to help you
