Avantages

Reasonably supporting in employee benefits and assistance

Inconvénients

Company just takes, takes, takes but doesn't recognise contributions Mediocre salaries and a very low salary ceiling A truly appalling performance mnagement system Sale are kings and architects are expected to just do their jobs, even if we win the bids on behalf of poor sales staff Dwindling pipeline means more internal financial pressure and fewer rewards No direction - where's the strategy? Hugely poltical Zero growth and career advancement opportunities Management appointed because they are 'mates' of managers and not on basis of ability to deliver the role and to 'make a difference', but they are not moved on, just left in place to make everyone's else's life difficult - we just want someone who will support us and make a difference, not a SAP who wants poluitical growth Finally, an overly complicated delivery model with poor integration - it slows delivery and eats profit
