Avantages

- If you get the right manager, can be a good place to gain experience and industry knowledge. - Plenty of room to move, to a certain point. - Exposure to most industry standards.

Inconvénients

- Real focus on being the cheapest and chasing every possible deal. - Too much middle management. Everyone is a 'director' or 'general manager'. - Not enough done in the employee benefits space. A slight discount off a monthly gym membership that you can get cheaper elsewhere anyway is not a benefit. - Felt as though HR were the custodians of the company and never actually helped the employees. People were worked into the ground and no proactive management of this was made by HR or anyone else. - A real culture of '2-out 1-in' when it comes to staff procurement. - Probably the worst salaries you will find in the industry.
