      Avantages

      Frontier treats its employees fairly. The pay is much higher than minimum wage. There are several great options for health benefits and a good program for 401k. Supervisors and managers are willing to work with their employees regarding scheduling/vacations/etc.

      Inconvénients

      It is very difficult to move up in the company.

      Inconvénients

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
