Avantages

Generous PTO.. That's about it.

Inconvénients

Horrible management. Contradicting statements and direction from supervisors, Outdated systems and technology. You think the boss wouldn't come in at Noon everyday when they just hired a new employee and that new employee needs support and guidance from management...very unprofessional. Couldn't ask questions without supervisor getting annoyed. Total lack of support from management. They don't do their job and blame you for not picking up the slack which was not in your job description. DONT WORK HERE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Inconvénients

As growth continues, some processes and communication are still evolving. Change can take time, and consistency across teams remains an area of focus, though there is ongoing effort to improve.
