Avantages
I really enjoy working at FormusPro. The company's been growing for quite a while, which means there's always opportunities to progress and get involved in new things rather than feeling stuck in the same role.
The people are probably the best part though. Everyone is approachable, teams work together well and there's a very collaborative culture. I've always found colleagues (friends) willing to share knowledge and help each other out, which makes it a great place to work.
Inconvénients
As a growing business, things can move quickly and priorities sometimes change, so you need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
