      Avantages

      The work culture is extremely balanced and there's ample of opportunities to grow. Secondly, the multicultural setting exposes you to variety of cultures and helps you understanding policy issues through a broader lens and framework.

      Inconvénients

      While the pay is above industry norms, it could have been better in comparison to its segment competitors.

      Avantages

      Genuinely hard working and talented people trying to do their best.

      Inconvénients

      The company is dying. The deals made to go public cemented an unhealthy balance sheet and set the company on a self defeating cycle of chasing ebitda targets it can’t sustain due to the deb burden. Most people are scared to lose their jobs which leads to siloing and a lack of clarity for senior leaders.
