      Avantages

      Training was the only time you will have fun and learning new things about the process. UK Shifts (to avoid Traffic). SKY Amazing people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      You learn zero things as soon as you hit the floor. Team Leaders will use you as a stepping stone of their success. Managers wont care to deal with you, they are least bothered. They block your SALARY if you take a day off( Even if it is pre announced). Trainers are good.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
