We’ve encouraged a culture of autonomy by providing training for managers on effective delegation and trust-building with their teams. This includes establishing clear expectations and outcomes, allowing employees more freedom to take ownership of their work without constant oversight. We also initiated regular one-on-one check-ins to facilitate open communication, enabling managers to support their teams without resorting to micromanagement. On the technical side, we conducted a comprehensive review of our existing systems to identify recurring issues and areas for enhancement. We invested in upgrading our software and hardware, ensuring that employees have access to reliable tools that support their productivity.
