      Great learning, people friendly. There are lot of things that can be learned here as you interact with multiple teams.

      Individual have to perform multiple roles even if you do not want to and do not come in your scope

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
