      Avantages

      CEO takes time to personally welcome all new employees and ensure they are settling well into their role. The Head of Talent and HR Team help you with your on-boarding and training and development and colleagues are very helpful and friendly. Teamwork is really practiced at FirstPort and this makes FirstPort so unique as many companies only give lip service to this. The company also ensures all employees subscribe to the 4 pillars.

      Inconvénients

      Because the company is very large, it is not very easy to deal with local suppliers because very tight controls must be in place to prevent fraud and improper practices. The downside of this is the company is not well integrated into the community.

      Excellent Chief Executive who 'walks the talk'. Good training, great benefits in a fast growing company with plenty of opportunities.
