      Avantages

      The company was stagnant for a bit but seems to finally realize the potential ahead. They have brought on some amazing leaders that are seasoned in the single family realm. It is refreshing to see where the company can go. I am very excited about the opportunity to come. Pay scale is not only competitive but exceptional.

      Inconvénients

      HR seems to be a bunch of people who worked together before from a previous Cerberus company and are the equivalent to mean girls run by a cheap version of Regina George. I worked there prior to this HR reign and I sure hope it gets better.

We are very excited for what the future holds for us and we look forward to further evolving with our strong team of contributors. As with anything, change can be difficult. All of our teams with new leaders, including HR, are bringing about the necessary changes and structure we will need to grow the business at the rate we envision. We want to be best-in-class and we need strong systems and processes developed by multi-dimensional, experienced teams. It’s all good changes and will get us where we want to go!
