      Easy place to work for, lots of employee appreciation days, good local management team, All around good people

      Inconvénients

      do not always have all the needed shop tools, to much micro managing from upper management, do not expect a raise other than maybe 1% cost of living increase

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
