Avantages
The Metallurgical plant I'm working has very short circuit, two tanks for leaching with the capacity of 35 tonnes each and also we have 3 tanks for carbon loading, so most of the operations are manually controlled that has given me more time of involvement for learning
Inconvénients
The small size of the plant had resulted the issue of treating less than 30 tonnage per shift of 12 hours, since we have a ball mill with tonnage capacity of 1.5t/hr so it's limited Also we have the challenge of TSF construction due to the fact that our plant is situated within the community
