      No nights or weekends, they don't work you too hard

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, long hours, never ending promises of pay raises that seem to turn into a pizza party, very poor benefits, an "industry leader" that strives to be average or below average with wages and benefits

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
