      Avantages

      The rate is good and I like the independence. No managers breathing down your neck.

      Inconvénients

      It’s only part time. You have to work there for a long time to bid on good routes. There are people with 20+ years of seniority. For extra hours you take a pay cut.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
