      Inconvénients

      No paid training ,depending on the location and union no real help to complain to stay away from Colwyn Pa location now well run at all on every level .Managment is changed every 5-6 months

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
