Awful place to work. Management needs a massive overhaul. Your rights will be violated working here. There is an awful business culture and they have unfair employment practices. There is no "team work" at this business. It is every man for themselves and if you let your guard down you will be thrown under a bus. It's sad how little this company does to establish relationships with fellow employees. If anything, I feel they encouraged drama and arguments. It's a shame really. There were a small handful of employees there that have potential of working hard and making a great name for this company but the upper management is too narrowed minded to see a big picture and will ultimately be the demise of the company all together.
