Avantages
Working for the Bank is an interesting experience. With international shareholders and the AKAM network in more than ten countries one can develop a long term carrier. The Bank's is mainly specialized in microfinance and SME lending and its mission is to reduce poverty in the region it operates in a sustainable manner.
Inconvénients
The compensation is market based and competitive. International positions are very well paid. Depending on the countries where it operates the management is designing various benefits for staff though it does not have standard benefits package.
