      Avantages

      The two offices in London are really plush, with free biscuits.

      Inconvénients

      Staff turnover is high, with tutors and coaches leaving constantly. Latest yearly pay increase was below inflation, reflecting on how staff are viewed. Senior management have no concept of the struggles for both tutors and coaches alike. Service being provided to clients is awful.
