We’d like to clarify that the return-to-office policy was developed with careful consideration and open communication. Our CEO values transparent communication and trust, and this has been a key focus throughout the process. The hybrid work policy has been a topic of discussion in various company forums, including our regular Town Halls and Forums, where employees asked questions and shared concerns. These conversations are essential to ensuring that decisions are made with input from across the organization. We understand that change can be challenging, and we’re committed to supporting our team through this transition.
