      Avantages

      Most people get along with one another and team work is great.

      Inconvénients

      People across the business in the same job roles have huge gaps in salaries compared to co-workers. No commissions paid due to company target cap. This doesn’t motivate staff members. Too much is expected from people who already work hard.

      remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

      work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
